Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
- Lead a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and manage budgets, contracts, and service agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and innovative FM solutions.
- Conduct technical audits and inspections to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored FM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and optimize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for efficient asset and facility management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Experience in managing large-scale facility management operations in commercial, residential, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in FM software and CMMS tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:

- Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
- LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification in health and safety
