Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

RKH Qitarat is currently seeking an FM Soft Services Specialist (Qatarisation) to join our team and support excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment across all facilities. This position manages budgets, supports ISO 55001 and contributes to ISO 9000 and 14000 certification activities, while coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders such as Qatar Rail. The Specialist will supervise Employee Engagement Coordinators, drive continuous improvement through KPIs and new technology initiatives, lead audits and inspections to ensure subcontractor compliance, provide contractual support, promote strong subcontractor partnerships, liaise with technical experts to share best practices, and prepare inputs for the Fault Review Board related to FM services.
