What You'll Do:

• Communicate with car dealers via phone. It's an English-speaking environment and where you'll be handling purchase of cars from North America.
• Get informations about products, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a high-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally.
• Perform data entry across various platforms.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Native or Native-like Fluency in English is mandatory "C2 Level proficiency"
• Graduates, gap year students, or dropouts.
• Residents of Cairo.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in English call centers is a plus.
