• Manage floral inventory, placing orders and receiving supplies in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new floral designs and concepts.
• Keep the floral shop tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Monitor floral market trends to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
• Prepare arrangements and installations on-site when required for events.
• Manage and fulfill online and in-store orders efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all floral arrangements meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct floral demonstrations or workshops to engage with the community and build brand loyalty.

• Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar design-related role.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for peak seasons.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, greenery, and floral design techniques.
• Physical stamina is necessary for long periods of standing and working with flowers.
