Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and arrange unique floral displays for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects the client's vision and preferences.
  • Maintain a well-organized inventory of flowers and supplies, rotating stock to guarantee freshness and minimize waste.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on flower care, arrangement styles, and seasonal selections to enhance their purchasing experience.
  • Utilize design software to create digital mock-ups of arrangements, helping clients visualize their floral concepts.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in floral design is a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail florist environment, showcasing a solid understanding of floral products and trends.
  • Experience managing large floral orders for events, with a proven track record of successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for floral design, reflecting enthusiasm in all customer interactions and team collaborations.
