Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing daily operations including cleanliness, organization, upselling and staffing
Providing exceptional customer service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
Managing supplies deliveries and inventory
Makes sure that all equipment and utensils are well cleaned and sanitized.
Assists the Barista in preparing and serving all kind of cold and hot beverages whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor
Previous experience in a Coffee shop
Positive Attitude
Flexible
Fluent in English
