Job Details :
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
