1) Bachelor s Degree in a related field of sturdy.
2) 5 years experience in programming of helicopters or similar operation within the oil and gas industry.
3) Fluent (level 6) in English both Verbal and Written.
4) Strong demonstrated understanding of safety risk associated with personnel and cargo

Movement
5) To coordinate, plan and schedule all helicopters (total of 40 operating daily) in support of Offshore Drilling, Production Stations and Halul with personnel, materials, and coordination of other aviation activity for all oil companies operating offshore in the State of Qatar
6) Plans and schedules helicopters in support of all offshore operations, including JV Companies, by assessing, calculating and assigning loads, capacity, operational priorities, and route economy.

7) Controls all supply and support craft to achieve an efficient and cost-effective service. This involves regular liaison, negotiation and agreement to resolve conflicting operational support requirements with the various user Departments and external JV Companies.

8) Liaises with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and drilling focal points and Gulf Helicopter Company Coordinators. Resolve operational disruption such as booking and passengers issue through proactive communication and contingency planning.
9) Maintaining accurate records of flight schedules, bookings, no show, unmanned landing report and unserviceable helicopters. Aliening all cost report with DAWINCI system.
10) Resolves conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings to offshore locations using computer based logistics systems such as overbooked flights and payload issues, liaising and coordinating new departure schedules between the booking personnel of each company and the heliport that will ultimately meet the requirements of each company, and to ensure that at no single time more than one logistics activity is operating at any offshore location (e.g. cargo offloading during helicopter landing). Arranging for approval and issuance of safety certificate waivers in accordance with published guidelines as appropriate.
11) Abstracts and collates information from offshore locations and GHC Heliport on behalf of Qatar Armed Forces aircraft, including producing daily status reports for the military and organization of fuelling, landing, routing through rig protected zones, and using that knowledge to conduct critical safety DE confliction for military assets with QP/JV s own logistics assets, based upon an assessment of the operational information provided from the military against the scheduled movements of the day.
12) Acts as Super-User for the bespoke cloud-based logistics IT systems which are national systems critical to daily management of offshore platforms. Receives calls from users and fixes any technical issues encountered or grants new access to the system upon confirming approval with the company s authorized signatory.

13) Ensures in conjunction with other involved parties that the total capacity of each offshore facility is never exceeded due excess of personnel.

14) Activates the Emergency Response Plan in the case of any emergency situation relating to helicopter or vessel activity, including quarantining related data and manifests, contacting JV shareholder representatives and coordinating safe return to base of other assets during an emergency situation.
