Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring dynamic and result-driven Fleet Sales Professionals to join our team focused on Passenger Vehicle Fleet Sales. This is a great opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in B2B fleet sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fleet segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals for fleet vehicle packages
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet sales, preferably in passenger vehicles
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a track record of building lasting client relationships
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Candidate:

  • Nationality: Omani Nationals only
  • Experience: 2–15 years in fleet or automotive sales
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English
