I. Job Summary

Fleet Sales & Business Development.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

II. Essential Function

Identify and target potential fleet customers - corporate, government, SME to generate sales.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets and increase market

share.

Identifying business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects

and analyzing sales options.

Achieve the sales target set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of

Department.

Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, ensuring a high level of customer

satisfaction and retention.

Demonstrate the products with deep understanding of vehicles including features, benefits, and

competitive advantages.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive information and

report to the management.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to the

management.

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms to secure fleet business..

Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for

fleet customers.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to align strategies and deliver

superior customer experiences.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance skills and

knowledge.

Develop a strong relationship with potential customers to lock annual purchase plans.

Maintaining and cultivating the relationship with the B2B (Business to Business) accounts within

the assigned territory.

Be the single point of contact for the customers.

Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager
