Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train fleet staff, including drivers and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and university policies related to fleet operations.
  • Analyze fleet performance data and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address transportation needs and resolve operational challenges.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or breakdowns, coordinating effective solutions to minimize service disruptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 year of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.
