Job Description

• Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions
• Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability
• Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of Maintenance, Repair, and other related functions
• Validate and Approve repair costs and car user s expenses as per authority matrix
• Analyze corrective maintenances of all the vehicles Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employees performance
• Identify the department KPIs and Ensure meeting them
• Ensure Customer satisfaction
• Manage the department budget
• Manage the optimization of internal maintenance services & washing technician s performance and productivity

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical division.
• Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role includes 3+ years in a managerial role
• Preventive Maintenance Experience
• Transport Management Experience
• Vendor Management Experience
• Fleet and Driving Safety Knowledge
• Communication & Interpersonal skills
