-Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.

-Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

-Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.

-Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities.

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.

-Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.

-Technical Team Supervision

-Preventive and corrective maintenance fleet management.

-Spare parts and inventory management.

-Technical Reporting.

-Workshops supervision.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance practices.

2. In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics.

3. Excellent diagnostic skills; Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to fleet operations.
