Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fleet Maintenance & Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing large-scale fleet operations in a major FMCG / Food Industry company, with a strong background in the maintenance and optimization of over 130 vehicles (including refrigerated trucks, dry trucks, buses, and other specialized vehicles).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of fleet management and maintenance.
  • Manage preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum vehicle efficiency and safety.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accredited maintenance centers and insurance companies.
  • Monitor fleet performance, analyze data, and implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and quality standards for the Fleet Department.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven track record as a Fleet Maintenance & Operations Manager, preferably within a leading FMCG or Food Industry company.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance practices, logistics operations, and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive efficiency.
