Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrange and allocate trucks and trailers based on material movement requests email or Odoo system.
- Schedule passenger vehicles for employee transport needs including daily commute, visa medicals, airport transfers, meetings, and company events.
- Coordinate and assign equipment such as crane, forklifts, and manlifts as per request.
- Coordinate with site team for loading and unloading operations at various sites, ensuring proper documentation and managing detention charges if applicable.
- Monitor and track daily work hours of drivers; verify driver timesheets regularly.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Manager regarding fleet activities and issues.
- Compile and submit monthly performance evaluations of technicians to the HR department.
