Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
Client, BC Client and BC Internal Creation on ERP
Follow-up of service contracts
Follow-up of inter-subsidiary re-invoicing (MAD - Interest - Insurance, etc.)
Sales Accounting and Analysis of Revenue and Customer Accounts
Preparation of Customer Invoices
Posting Customer Invoices to Revenue Accounts
Implementation and monitoring of collection schedules
Preparation of Customer Reports, Receipts, RG and Invoices
Accounting for Customer Payments
Analysis of uninvoiced purchase orders
Establishment of the status of Unpaid Invoices
Monitoring of the collection status and email and telephone reminders
Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
Preparation of Invoiced VAT returns
Qualifications
Bac +2/3 in accounting
A first experience in accounts receivable
