Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the fit-out process, ensuring all work adheres to the project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret drawings and implement design concepts effectively on-site.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, fostering strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, diploma in civil engineering or a related field is essential for a solid technical foundation.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects, showcasing expertise in interior construction.
Experience in working with high-end commercial or residential fit-outs is highly desirable to meet client expectations.
