  • Utilize fitness assessment tools to track client progress and measure fitness improvements.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care plans.
  • Provide emergency response and first aid if necessary during a fitness session.
  • Promote and market fitness programs and personal training services to potential clients.

Requirements
  • Certification in personal training from a recognized fitness organization or institution.
  • Strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and human physiology principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and instruction delivery.
  • Ability to design individualized training programs and adjust them to client needs.
  • Experience in using fitness equipment and guiding clients on proper equipment usage.
  • First Aid and CPR certification ensuring client safety during sessions.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness objectives.
