Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Strategic Planning Manager based out of our Dubai office. This role sits within our global planning team, which is responsible for the effective utilization of resources across the business and partners closely with all functions to ensure seamless delivery.

How You ll Make An Impact

  • Own the strategic planning process for MEA and APAC, allocating training resources in line with demand
  • Build detailed resourcing plans using historical and forecasted demand; identify cross-skilling opportunities and hiring needs to address gaps
  • Maintain accurate schedules in the Planning system to reflect planned training
  • Produce timely, accurate MI reporting and monitor key performance metrics
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to best practices in strategic planning and execution

You May Be a Good Fit If

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in strategic resource planning and scheduling within a fast-paced environment
  • You can build and manage excellent relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties, influencing and engaging indirect teams
  • You possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, translating complex data into actionable resourcing decisions
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with workforce management software

  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines across competing priorities
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations and strategy to align planning with organizational goals
