Roles & Responsibilities
Fit-Out Site Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee all fit-out works on site, including interior works, finishes, and MEP coordination
Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and material suppliers
Monitor site activities to maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and progress milestones
Prepare daily and weekly site reports, material requisitions, and progress updates
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues to avoid delays and ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
At least 2 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE
Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and site execution processes
Ability to read, interpret, and work from drawings, layouts, and BOQs
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
