Fit Out Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee luxury fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Act as client liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Lead internal teams and subcontractors, promoting high standards.
• Manage project schedules, costs, risks, and procurement.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout.
• Handle all stakeholder coordination and approvals.
• Track scope changes, invoicing, and final accounts.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years in high-end/luxury fit outs - ideally with globally-recognised brands
• Strong leadership and communication in multicultural environments.
• Deep technical knowledge across trades and fit-out operations.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles.
• Familiar with KSA market, fit-out trends, and key industry players.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), with strong reporting skills.
