Fit Out Construction Manager - Hospitality

strong>Leadership & Coordination/strong> Provide clear direction on site, lead all trades, and serve as the primary contact for subcontractors, vendors, landlords, and client representatives.

strong>Planning & Management/strong> Oversee daily site operations including logistics, resource allocation, sequencing, inspections, housekeeping, waste, and overall site safety.

strong>Compliance & Quality Control/strong> Ensure adherence to specifications, approved materials, landlord regulations, and quality standards, including prompt rectification of defects.

strong>Scope & Documentation/strong> Review BOQ and IFC drawings to confirm scope, identify gaps, and coordinate with the commercial team on variations, changes, and contra charges.

strong>Conflict Resolution & Communication/strong> Anticipate and resolve clashes between trades, escalate issues when needed, and maintain clear communication with the Project Manager.

strong>Health, Safety & Welfare/strong> Enforce HSE procedures, monitor site conditions, and safeguard the welfare of all workers.

strong>Reporting & Handover/strong> Lead or attend progress meetings, contribute to management reports, and manage testing, commissioning, de-snagging, and final project handover.
