Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of fire suppression systems to ensure they are fully operational and compliant with safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on firefighting equipment, including hoses, pumps, and nozzles, to guarantee reliability in emergencies.
  • Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls, assessing the situation and deploying appropriate firefighting techniques.
  • Collaborate with local fire departments during large-scale emergencies to provide specialized technical support and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree in fire science or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification as a Firefighter I & II through a recognized organization is essential for the role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in firefighting or fire safety technology is required.
  • Experience with fire suppression systems, including sprinklers and alarms, is highly advantageous.
