Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Agile problem-solving skills to support end-to-end solution as per SDLC policies.
• Work in connection with support and build team to resolve all technical issues.
• Highlight bottlenecks of smooth running of operations
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills is a must.
• Knowledgeable in Infra security and OS (Linux, UNIX & Windows)
• Database Oracle scripting and Data Catalogs knowledge
• Design specifications (functional and interface)
• Production support and Configuration & Release management. Good communication, documentation and team working skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Development and configuration changes

Development and configuration changes in existing FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO TRUST and FIRCO FSK programs, covering the following areas:

  • Perform enhancements/ changes
  • FIRCO Configuration development/modification
  • Interface configuration changes (wherever applicable)
  • Reports development / configuration
  • Provide testing support on development activities
  • Perform production rollout and support for the developed items.

Business User Support:
• Provide necessary clarification to business users.
• Assist Business users to use solution functionality.
• Provide support in reports configuration.
• Build new reports on business request.
• Ad-hoc activity (screening test run, investigation etc.)
• New Filter Development and Tuning
• Provide Data extract and apply data patches based on compliance request.

New requirement/Enhancements:
• Provide analysis and design on Enhancement and new requirements raised by the Business.
• Based on the priority of Business team build and test the new requirements.
Bug fix (SIT, UAT & Production rollout) and provide RCA.
• Documentation of all URF’s / bug fixes as per change management process.
• Facilitate and assist with UAT for enhancements and new requirements through preparation of scripts, data loading and testing feedbacks.

  • Follow the internal change management process for the production deployment.

User Management
• Creation of additional users/roles/Groups when required.
• Install/Configure FIRCO User Configurations

Maintenance:
• Perform FIRCO Installation / Apply hot fixes as needed.
• Start/Stop FIRCO Servers and Services when required.
• Apply license packs when required.
• System performance, Health check to be conducted twice a year.
• Managing and reconfiguring the user password for all regions on the level of OS and
database.
• Server utilization / space monitoring and regular patching (OS, non-OS & ISG)
