Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Identifying and evaluating potential fintech partners that align with the bank's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with fintech companies, venture capitalists, accelerators, and other stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem.
  • Facilitating collaborations and partnerships between the bank and fintech companies to develop innovative financial products and services.
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as product development, IT, legal, and compliance to ensure smooth integration of fintech solutions into the bank's offerings.
  • Monitoring trends and developments within the fintech industry to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Representing the bank in fintech events, forums, and conferences to enhance the bank's visibility and engagement with the fintech community.
  • Developing and implementing engagement strategies to foster a culture of innovation within the bank.
  • Assisting in the due diligence process for fintech partnerships, including assessing technical, legal, and business risks.
  • Working closely with marketing and communication teams to promote fintech initiatives and partnerships.
  • Providing regular reports and insights to senior management on the fintech ecosystem and the bank's engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant field.

Digital Marketing

Written and spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred

Around 5 years of experience with preferred 3 years in a relevant role.

Experience managing social media channels and campaigns on behalf of an organization.
