Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're seeking a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager to join our Finance team. This role is perfect for someone with strong IFRS knowledge and experience handling multi-entity reporting and consolidations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly and annual closing processes across all entities.
  • Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Ensure timely submission of management accounts and statutory reports.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Chart of Accounts.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in GL and reporting.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy of consolidation adjustments across multiple entities.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
  • Lead the annual audit process and act as the main liaison with auditors.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to align management and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain policies, processes, and internal controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with strong consolidation exposure.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in audit firms or multi-entity environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and consolidation reporting.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, IFRS Diploma) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
