Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, valuations, and cash flow projections to support strategic decisions.
Consolidate financial performance across business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency in group reporting.
Provide insightful variance analysis, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for investment decisions and business initiatives.
Support operations with P&L projections, budget control, and financial viability studies for new investments.
Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgeting and performance monitoring.
Oversee monthly dashboards and financial performance reports for senior management.
Ensure internal controls and compliance with group financial policies and procedures.
Partner with business units to evaluate financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
Lead process improvement initiatives within FP&A to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related fields.
Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and cash flow management.
Proven track record in multi-entity or group-level financial management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage.
Preferably resident in 6th of October City and available to join immediately.
