Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies for real estate projects and operations.

Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Analyze project feasibility, ROI, and financial risks associated with property acquisitions and developments.

Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions.

Ensure compliance with tax laws, local financial regulations, and internal policies.

Manage cash flow, funding, and capital requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Implement and maintain financial controls and reporting systems.

Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business planning.

Oversee due diligence and financial analysis for acquisitions and divestitures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master s or CPA is a plus).

Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within real estate or property development.

Strong knowledge of real estate finance, valuation, and investment analysis.

Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar ERP systems).

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
