Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long- and short-term financial plans and strategies.
  • Supervise the preparation of budgets and periodic financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flows and ensure the availability of necessary liquidity for business operations.
  • Control costs, analyze financial deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  • Oversee accounting, auditing, and monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and financial laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic insights to Top Management regarding investments, financing, and financial risk management.
  • Build and develop the finance team and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of experience in the financial and accounting field, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Professional certifications such as CMA, IFRS, or other relevant credentials are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports.
  • Solid understanding of tax laws and financial legislation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and computer applications (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
