Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Financial Manager

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts for both local and overseas operations.

• Oversee the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgets across all branches.

• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and effective client relationship management.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and accounting standards.

• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk for the entire organization.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO for strategic planning.

• Supervise the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements that require signatures from various parties.

• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance checks.

• Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.

• Assist in the development of financial policies and best practices for the

organization.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or

professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on

financial reporting and analysis.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in Bahrain

and internationally.

• Familiarity with legal documents and contract management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
