Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
  • Provide forecasts and financial reports to guide business planning and budgeting processes.
• Cash Flow and Risk Management:
  • Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational and capital requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead the finance team and ensure effective performance and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff.
• Cost Control and Optimization:
  • Monitor and control costs, identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and enhance financial efficiency.
