Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis to ensure effective cost control.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance and liquidity.
  • Coordinate and supervise the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other statutory financial requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, project evaluations, and strategic initiatives.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing financial strategies within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide finance professionals.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
