Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Manage the agency's financial function and guarantee the reliability of accounting and tax information
Supervise the production of financial statements in conjunction with the accounting firm
Produce regular reports and performance analyses for management
Manage and optimize cash flow, manage financial flows and banking relationships
Participate in the development of the budget, monitor variances and propose corrective measures
Ensure legal and tax compliance, supervise declarations and external audits
Develop financial management tools and dashboards
Supervise and support the finance team in its daily activities
Continuously improve internal procedures for greater efficiency
Profile
Bac+5 in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a service company
Strong financial analysis, reporting and cash management skills
Good knowledge of Algerian taxation and legislation
Rigour, strategic sense and ability to support the company's growth
