Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Framework
  • Participate in the analysis and verification of the various accounting and financial situations of the units.
  • Prepare and account for closing entries and ensure their correct documentation and archiving.
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile accounting transactions.
  • Participate in the preparation of tax and social security declarations (VAT, IRG, IBS; CNAS, etc.)
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly statements, balance sheets and income statements within regulatory deadlines.
  • Ensure monitoring and control of fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Check head office payroll elements and monitor their accounting integration.
  • Check the conformity of supporting documents and ensure they are archived.
  • Monitor supplier and customer payments, as well as reminders.
  • Analyzes balance sheet and management accounts.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities and statutory auditors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BAC + 4 and above in the field of accounting and finance.
  • Preferably having completed the accounting training.
  • Mastery of DLG software (PC ACCOUNTING, PC PAYROLL, PC STOCK.)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of bookkeeping and preparation of balance sheets with year-end financial notes.
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
  • Organization and respect for deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
  • Analytical and synthetic mind.
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
