Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Framework


Bank monitoring and financial relations:

  • Ensure daily relations with banks (conditions, fees, overdraft facilities).
  • Manage credit lines and optimize the use of financing.
  • Monitor bank guarantees (bonds, releases, restitutions).

Financial aspect of imports:

  • Prepare and monitor the opening of documentary credits, documentary remittances or bank transfers.
  • Check the conformity of invoices and documents sent by suppliers.
  • Monitor payment deadlines of foreign suppliers. Ensure the release of guarantees and the monitoring of supplier advances.

Control and reporting:

  • Implement cash flow and import dashboards.
  • Analyze the gaps between forecast and actual results. Propose improvements to optimize financial costs.

support the direction:

  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget (treasury and financial flows).
  • Ensure financial communication with general management and the DFC.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits.
  • Financial techniques: cash flow management, liquidity management, financial planning.
  • International trade: good knowledge of import mechanisms (documentary credit, documentary remittance, bank transfers, guarantees).
  • Standards and compliance: knowledge of banking procedures, local and international regulations related to imports.
  • Analysis and reporting: ability to produce and interpret financial dashboards.
  • Communication: good interpersonal skills with banks, suppliers and internal partners.
  • Organization & rigor: simultaneous management of several complex financial operations while respecting deadlines.
  • Sense of responsibility, grit and discretion.
  • Analytical, methodical and solution-oriented mind.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Good level of French (written and oral).
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a treasury, finance or international trade role, preferably in an industrial or import/export environment.
