Role and Responsibilities

- Act as a Business Partner during the bidding and project processes.

- Review, challenge and approve the cost of offers in accordance with the budget.

- Monitor the costs of offers and allocate the budget

- Manage all financial aspects of projects, revenue recognition, monitor cash-in and achievement of milestones.

- Ensure that regular cost updates are made through rigorous project monitoring.

Contribute to the definition of the different cost rates and communicate them to the operational teams.

- Analysis of revenue and cost variances with Forecast and budget

- Prepare the monthly BOR and present the main financial aspects.

- Contribute to the definition of the budget and forecasts (P&L, OCF, HC and other KPIs).

- Load data into our reporting tools Magnitude, Anaplan

- Prepare the monthly closing work, ensure the documentation related to the provisions.

- Respond to requests from the CAC.
