Roles & Responsibilities

What you will enjoy doing

  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly & quarterly group reports (P&L, sales analysis, Monthly report, etc) which is required from the Corporate and from the local management.
  • Prepare monthly expense report (variance analysis between budget and actual spending).
  • Monthly cost control KPI's for the top management.
  • Profitability analysis by product and country.
  • Sales analysis compared with budget to determine the deviations.
  • Participate in external audit.
  • Quarterly physical count.
  • Prepare month end activities (inventory consumption calculation, Reconciliations, upload monthly result in system, follow up the monthly closing entries, etc)
  • Participate in the annual budget preparation.
  • support operation team for continues improvement.
  • Support finance & controlling team in annual projects implementation.
  • Ad hoc reports.

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling.
  • Costing and analysis background is preferably.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must.
  • Strong Excel, Power tools (Power BI) is preferably.
  • Excellent English communication verbal and written.
  • Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Strong team working and collaboration with other departments.
  • Handling tight deadlines, especially at month-end or year-end.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling.

Costing and analysis background is preferably.

Manufacturing experience is a must.

Strong Excel, Power tools (Power BI) is preferably.

Excellent English communication verbal and written.
