Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Financial Controller to lead financial operations with precision and clarity. You will manage accounting processes, ensure accurate reporting, streamline compliance, and play a strategic role in financial forecasting and budgeting across multiple entities.

You ll work at the intersection of creativity and control ,ensuring smooth finance operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting cycle, including AR/AP, month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports across all ASTUDIO entities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and multi-currency consolidation.
• Ensure VAT compliance and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (UAE and other GCC jurisdictions).
• Oversee payroll reconciliation, gratuity provisions, and audit schedules.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Project Management, and Operations teams to align billing, expense tracking, and revenue recognition.
• Implement internal controls and suggest process improvements.
• Supervise junior accountants and external finance partners.
• Manage relationships with clients, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Oversee collections, cashflow and AR follow-ups.
