Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Lead monthly & quarterly group financial closing (IFRS + local GAAP)
Prepare consolidated financial statements & management reports
Oversee budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis across subsidiaries
Implement financial controls, audit readiness & compliance frameworks
Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing & reconciliations
Act as Finance Process Owner for ERP and automation initiatives
Support treasury, cash flow forecasting & working capital optimization
Lead and mentor regional finance teams
Requirements :
10+ years in finance, incl. 3+ years in a Controller / Senior Finance role
Experience in multinational operations & group consolidations
CPA / CMA / ACCA preferred
Strong command of IFRS, governance & ERP systems
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership
