Financial and Accounting Director

Financial and budgetary management:   

• develop, manage and monitor the company's annual budget.
  
• Implement management control tools, dashboards, reporting.
  
• Optimize the treasury and financial profitability.
  
• Ensure the management of financing and relations with financial partners (banks, investors, etc.).
  

Accounting and taxation:

• Supervise the maintenance of accounting accounts and the production of financial statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.
  
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, tax returns, periodic tax returns.

Internal control and audit:

• Define and implement internal control procedures.
  
• Prepare and support internal and external audits.
  
• Ensure the transparency and reliability of financial information.
  

Team management:

• Supervise the accounting and financial teams.
• Organize and monitor the department's activities.
• Identify employee training and development needs.

Strategic advice:

• Provide overall direction of financial analyses for decision making.
  
• Participate in defining the company strategy.

• Bac+5 in finance, accounting, management or equivalent (e.g.: Master CCA, DSCG, Chartered Accountant Diploma).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance/accounting, including 3-5 years in a management position.
• Mastery of accounting standards (IFRS, local standards)
  
• Solid knowledge of taxation and corporate law.
• Skills in financial analysis and budget management.
• My experience with ERP tools and accounting software.
