Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate development, real estate investment, or private equity
Advanced Excel skills (required), including:
Complex formulas and financial functions
Pivot tables and Power Query
Scenario and sensitivity analysis
Data validation and structured modeling best practices
Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts (cash flow waterfalls, development budgets, leasing assumptions, exit valuations)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred: Immediate joiner
