Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic business decisions.

Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.

Present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

Conduct variance analysis and identify root causes for financial discrepancies.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and business plans.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Proven track record in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Fluent English
  • SAP user
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
