Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Financial Analyst to join our dynamic corporate finance team in Egypt. This role is crucial for strengthening the financial infrastructure of the KSA holding company and preparing the organization for its next stage of strategic development. The ideal candidate will be adept at complex financial modeling, in-depth analysis, and preparing executive-level communications for the parent company's leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant corporate transformation and support long-term value creation from a key support hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhanced Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate sophisticated financial reports for the holding company and its diverse group of subsidiaries, ensuring they meet rigorous standards suitable for external stakeholders and potential investors.
  • Strategic Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, long-range forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide the strategic decisions of the KSA leadership team.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the financial performance of subsidiary companies, identify key trends, and conduct variance analysis to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Process & Controls Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of internal financial controls, reporting processes, and corporate governance frameworks to align with global best practices for public companies.
  • Due Diligence & Transaction Support: Assist in preparing comprehensive financial documentation and analyses required for major corporate finance transactions and strategic initiatives undertaken by the holding company.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports on financial performance and strategic outlook for the Board of Directors and external advisors.
  • Project and Investment Evaluation: Conduct rigorous financial evaluations of new business opportunities, capital expenditures, and potential acquisitions for the holding company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or a related field.
  • Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and complex data analysis.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS) and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with outstanding communication and presentation skills (in both Arabic and English).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, cross-border environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification, such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a role focused on capital markets, transaction advisory, or working within a company that has undergone a major corporate finance transformation.
  • Exposure to industrial sectors such as construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
