Job Description
- Identify partnership opportunities and Create new business opportunities with prospect clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Perform outbound calls to prospective clients with demo and live trading applications.
- Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe our company s services with the goal to convert leads into live trading accounts.
- Consistent follow up with clients via phone calls or emails through the client activation process.
- Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding and funding procedures.
- Participate in the company s marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.
- Stay informed about the financial markets in order to spot trends, look for new opportunities and establish credibility with our clients by understanding their requirements.
- help prospective clients with their enquiries and increase the number of new live trading accounts. A large part of the sales activities take place over telephone calls to prospective clients.

Expertise and Essentials for a Financial Advisor
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have 2 years of FX sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Must have professional negotiations skills.
- Proven track record in a sales environment.
- Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences.
- Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy.
- Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Passion for phone sales is a must.
