Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Participate in the analysis and verification of the various accounting and financial situations of the units.
To control the validation of documents before carrying out any revenue or expense operation.
Performs the various bank reconciliations at Headquarters.
Participate in the collection and verification of bank reconciliations and cash flow statements of the units.
Track cash flow and establish the company's cash position on a daily basis.
Draw up cheques and/or transfers of suppliers' fees.
Monitor and analyze the status of the units' supplier and service payables and consolidate them.
Verify documentary remittances and free transfers in coordination with the head of department and the bank (follow-up of financial costs, due dates, etc.)
Monitor bank loans (CMT and credit for goods lines of credit).
Collaborate with the auditors and auditors.
Participate in the verification and control of the cash flows of the units.
Profile
BAC + 4 and above in the field of accounting and finance.
Mastery of DLG software (PC accounting, PC payroll, PC stock.)
Experience of at least 04 years in the field of bookkeeping and financial management.
Mastery of banking techniques and operations; cash management.
Knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
Analytical skills.
Sense of responsibility.
