Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage general ledger activities, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts to maintain integrity in financial records.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to provide timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure efficient cash flow management and accurate billing.
  • Coordinate and assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Evaluate financial performance metrics and prepare variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, is crucial for efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced financial modeling and data analysis is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting to minimize errors.
