Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and provide insights.

Implement and maintain accounting procedures and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in accounting or finance, preferably in multi-branch retail, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus.

Financial Reporting: Strong experience in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

Accounting Standards: Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting regulations.

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Ability to manage daily accounting operations, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial planning.

Audit & Compliance: Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

ERP/Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting systems and software, e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar; Excel advanced skills required.

Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving abilities to support business decision-making.

Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all financial tasks.

Communication: Ability to communicate financial information clearly to management and non-financial stakeholders.

Teamwork & Integrity: Professional, ethical, and able to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining confidentiality.
