Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Advice clients on Global Business Services Shared Service Centers Center of Excellence digital process transformation, Organization structure design, Working Capital optimization, Strategic cost optimization, Treasury operations
Perform assessment & design of Shared Services, Target Operating Model, detailed Governance and Interaction Model, preparation to Transition, baseline across various sites, and business case development for the proposed org structure
Contribute to assessments how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction
Perform Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps
Implement performance and continuous improvement measures
Contribute to change impact assessment that transitioned for various business units
Contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals
