Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE/KSA accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership to improve financial efficiency and cost management.
  • Mentor and supervise the finance operations team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and regional compliance frameworks (UAE/KSA).
  • Proven expertise in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
