Job Description:
Foreground is partnering with a leading retail and distribution group in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Finance Manager. This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting business growth and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in accounting standards, budgeting, and risk management, combined with commercial acumen to drive financial performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting, planning, and analysis in line with company policies and IFRS.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with full alignment to strategic priorities.
• Oversee internal controls, risk frameworks, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business units to evaluate performance, investments, and cost efficiencies.
• Supervise finance teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and talent development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
